Role summary

  • Keep shelf stock fresh, organized, and clean at all times.

  • Escalate any gaps or changes in the agreed terms with the assigned outlet or customer.
  • Support sampling and redemption activities whenever needed.
  • Maintain a neat personal presentation and professional conduct in line with the Frito Lay code of conduct.
  • Review sales data for the assigned products and propose actions when performance is weak.
  • Adjust displays and product placement as needed to improve sales outcomes.
  • Supervise and manage the performance of the merchandising team.
