Role Summary

This position is for a well-organized, forward-thinking, and adaptable Sales & Logistics Coordinator who can support both the commercial and delivery sides of the business. Sales Coordination

  • Draft quotations, prepare proposals, and compile sales-related reports.
  • Respond to customer questions, manage sample requests, and carry out follow-up communication.
  • Assist with the setup of new customer accounts, including cafés, restaurants, hotels, and retail businesses.
  • Support the rollout of new products, promotional activities, and pricing revisions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure orders are fulfilled without disruption.

Logistics and Delivery Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules with drivers and dispatch personnel.

  • Align vehicle availability with daily and weekly order demand.
