Role Overview
The Sales Head will lead the sales function, guide the team toward strong performance, and support business growth across both business-to-business and business-to-consumer markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee sales team performance and support ongoing development.
- Plan and execute strategies aimed at achieving revenue goals.
- Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns and events.
- Expand sales in both B2B and B2C segments.
- Identify prospects, build leads, and convert opportunities into closed business.

Compensation
The position offers an annual salary in the range of INR 84,00,000 to INR 96,00,000.
