Sales Engineer

Role overview

Alrajhi Industry is growing its commercial team in Saudi Arabia and is seeking a seasoned Sales Engineer to help expand business across specialized product lines. The role focuses on driving sales in one assigned category such as wooden works, aluminum, steel structures, or steel decoration.

Product categories

• Wooden Works: doors, joinery, and custom carpentry
• Aluminum: façades, glazing systems, and architectural aluminum solutions
• Steel Structures: pre-engineered buildings and structural steel, suited to a civil engineering profile
• Steel Decoration: decorative and architectural metalwork

Key responsibilities

The selected professional will manage client accounts, support business growth, and coordinate technical and commercial activities from proposal through delivery.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the assigned product line.
• Create technical and commercial quotations, offers, and tender submissions.
• Work closely with design, procurement, and production teams to keep projects aligned.
• Spot new business opportunities and help strengthen the project pipeline.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant brings solid experience in sales engineering within construction, fit-out, or manufacturing, along with the ability to handle technical discussions and close business effectively.

• At least 5 years of relevant sales engineering experience.
• Strong technical understanding of construction, fit-out, or manufacturing environments.
• A consistent history of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Capability to interpret technical drawings and prepare commercial proposals.
• Excellent negotiation and client-handling skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Valid driving license is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
