Role Overview
We are hiring a driven sales professional to expand heavy equipment business by building client relationships, uncovering fresh sales opportunities, and converting leads into closed deals while keeping customer satisfaction high.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and market heavy equipment solutions to both prospective and existing customers.
- Assess client requirements and suggest the most appropriate equipment and supporting solutions.
- Draft quotations, sales proposals, and contract documents.
- Meet monthly as well as annual revenue targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers and important accounts.
- Carry out client meetings and site visits whenever needed.
- Track market movements, competitor actions, and customer responses to support sales strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
- A bachelor’s qualification in Business, Engineering, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
- Previous sales exposure in heavy equipment, construction machinery, or industrial equipment is required.
- A solid grasp of heavy equipment offerings and the wider market environment is needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication, persuasion, and presentation abilities are essential.
