Role Summary
This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Sales Consultant. The role centers on building new business, qualifying prospects, managing inbound and outbound leads, and leading discovery conversations to understand client requirements across finance, HR, education, and health-related use cases. You will run product demos, develop customized proposals, and support prospects through the complete sales process from first touch to deal closure.
Key Activities
- Find and assess new business opportunities.
- Handle both inbound and outbound sales leads.
- Conduct discovery calls to uncover client goals and needs.
- Deliver product demonstrations and explain value clearly.
- Create proposals tailored to each prospect’s requirements.
- Move opportunities through the sales pipeline to closure.
- Stay in regular contact with current clients to support satisfaction.
- Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the platform ecosystem.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
- Work with product and marketing teams to sharpen positioning and messaging.
- Share client feedback to help improve the product and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in consultative or solution-led sales, with strong sales consulting ability.
- Background in customer satisfaction and customer service, with an emphasis on long-term relationships and retention.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills suited to a global audience.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and sales enablement tools, plus the ability to organize a remote pipeline efficiently.
- Proven B2B or SaaS sales experience; exposure to AI, data, or analytics products is beneficial.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-moving, early-stage or growth-stage environment with strong self-discipline and time management.
- Comfort working remotely with a multicultural team and partnering across product and marketing functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
