Role overview
As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will be central to delivering a memorable in-store experience. Your focus will be on greeting shoppers, helping them navigate the store, and guiding them toward the products that best meet their needs while presenting merchandise effectively. By working in line with the company’s values, you will help drive both personal performance and overall business results.
What you will do
- Use your knowledge of fashion and products to support customers in making confident purchase decisions.
- Work closely with your colleagues to provide excellent service throughout every stage of the customer journey.
- Keep the sales area and stockroom orderly, replenished, and visually appealing.
- Assist with store opening and closing routines.
- Represent the brand professionally and positively in every customer interaction.
Who you will work with
You will be part of the store team, which is the face of the brand for customers. In larger stores, this may include Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, Assistant Store Managers, Cash Office Responsible, and Delivery Responsible. You will also interact with the wider area team to exchange ideas and support store performance. Together, the team helps customers feel confident and express their style through modern trends and classic pieces.
About you
The ideal candidate has prior customer service experience in fashion, retail, or a similar environment. You should enjoy working in a fast-moving, team-oriented setting and be genuinely interested in fashion and creating a strong in-store experience. The role also suits someone who communicates well, is creative and curious about store technology, learns quickly, and stays flexible and action-driven.
