Room Attendant

About the Role

Parable Hospitality is hiring a Room Attendant for Marina del Rey Hotel in Marina del Rey, California. The role is focused on keeping guest rooms, corridors, and assigned areas clean, orderly, and aligned with the property’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep a warm, professional, and courteous attitude while delivering personalized service to hotel guests.
• Interact clearly and respectfully with guests and fellow employees.
• Prepare guest rooms to the company’s standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, fully cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down walls and surfaces.
• Complete assigned rooms within the time target set by the Executive Housekeeper and General Manager.
• Follow company procedures related to room servicing.
• Hand over any items found in guest rooms to the manager.
• Safeguard master room keys and return them at the end of the shift.
• Do not leave the property while carrying company property or keys.
• Immediately report maintenance issues that require prompt attention.
• Support laundry operations when needed.
• Report lost-and-found items and any damage to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Assist teammates and other departments as needed to help the hotel and department perform at their best.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned or considered necessary by management.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $21.00 to $22.00 per hour.
