Role Overview
The company is hiring Retail Associates for its Courtenay store. This opportunity is suitable both for people beginning their careers and for those who already have retail experience and want to build on it in a supportive setting.
What You Will Do
- Welcome shoppers warmly, help with their questions and needs, and contribute to a pleasant in-store experience.
- Handle a mix of store duties such as cashiering, fitting room support, backroom assistance, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
- Take part in training and development activities that strengthen your knowledge and capabilities.
- Work closely with fellow associates to support store goals and keep daily operations running smoothly.
