Retail Sales Associate

Role Overview

PUMA is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Dubai to help deliver a strong in-store customer experience while supporting sales goals, store standards, and day-to-day retail operations. The role is suited to someone who enjoys working with people, represents the brand well, and can contribute to a fast-paced sporting retail environment.

What You Will Do

• Engage shoppers in a welcoming, service-focused way and present PUMA products to help meet customer needs and sales expectations.
• Align your daily work with store goals, including sales performance, store presentation, and general operational effectiveness.
• Follow PUMA policies and procedures consistently to maintain a professional environment for customers and teammates.
• Stay current on product knowledge, internal processes, and company initiatives so you can communicate confidently with customers and colleagues.
• Support the brand’s retail execution standards and contribute to strengthening PUMA’s market presence.
• Take part in store programs related to safety, service, operations, and loss prevention to improve overall store performance.
• Understand key merchandise, sales, and operational metrics so you can contribute informed support to business results.
• Help maintain high standards across the sales floor and stock areas, including cleaning, organization, maintenance, product movement, and store presentation.

• Some prior sales exposure, preferably from a busy retail setting.
• Strong enthusiasm for the PUMA brand and what it stands for.
• A dependable, customer-first, and approachable attitude.
• Good teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Clear communication skills.
• Fast learning ability and adaptability.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with common Microsoft Office tools.
