Role overview

Aline Greeting Cards is hiring a retail merchandiser to manage in-store product presentation, stock availability, and coordination with suppliers and outlets in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. This is a permanent, English-language position requiring onsite work.

Core duties

Set out merchandise in line with the planogram and store display standards.
Keep stock levels sufficient and help ensure products remain available.
Work with suppliers on pricing, discounts, credit arrangements, and transportation terms.
Coordinate the movement of merchandise to retail outlets.
Assist customers by providing service and support.

Education and experience

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
The employer is prepared to train the selected candidate.

Technology and specialization

Basic use of the internet and MS Outlook is expected.
Experience or specialization in merchandising, including window merchandising, is relevant.

Travel and transportation

Applicants must have their own transportation and vehicle.
A valid driver’s licence is required.

Working conditions

The role operates in a fast-moving environment with pressure and tight timelines.
Work may involve repetitive duties, heavy lifting, and a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
