About the Role

Retail Odyssey, part of Advantage Solutions, is looking for someone to support the future of shopping by collecting important retail data inside grocery stores. You will use smartphone-based technology to capture and save information for clients while working in a store environment. What You’ll Do

• Work in grocery store locations and collect client data accurately using mobile technology.
• Interact professionally with customers and store management in a friendly and approachable way.
• Record completed work after each shift using a smartphone or tablet.
• Carry out duties independently while also contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Maintain a strong safety-first approach while working in retail settings.

Compensation and Benefits

The role pays $18.00 per hour. The employer offers training for people without prior experience, and additional hours may be available on request. Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant is outgoing, motivated, and comfortable working with customers and managers. This position calls for someone who can handle physical tasks such as bending, standing, moving, and lifting up to 10 lbs. Reliable transportation is required. Experience in merchandising, as well as experience leading and training others, is preferred. Applicants should be self-driven, results-oriented, able to work on their own, and capable of building positive team relationships.
