The RBS MPT unit is a retail sales channel within RBS that serves existing and prospective Emirates NBD customers in the UAE. Its main objective is to promote credit cards, personal finance solutions, and bank accounts in line with the bank’s wider business goals. The team also works on onboarding new companies into the bank’s approved employer list and strengthening those relationships to expand retail banking penetration.

In addition, the unit supports cross-selling of other retail banking products whenever needed, with the aim of improving overall sales performance, revenue, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell credit cards, personal finance products, and bank accounts within the retail banking segment.
• Sell additional banking products when required to support business objectives.
• Represent the bank professionally while explaining products, services, and related processes to customers.
• Follow the bank’s service standards to deliver strong customer service and a positive client experience.
• Comply with all internal policies, procedures, and operating guidelines.
• Track and share customer feedback, market insights, and other required information with the unit or bank.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail banking sales.
