About the Role
Zeus Street Greek is built around bold taste, memorable hospitality, and the idea that food can bring people together. In this Restaurant Manager position, you will have complete responsibility for the restaurant and will lead the team to consistently deliver strong food quality, excellent service, and a positive workplace culture.
This is a practical leadership role in which you will guide and develop your leadership team, influence results through your people, and oversee the restaurant P&L. You will be expected to uphold high standards across quality and safety while embodying the brand’s values and energetic approach.

What We’re Looking For
While a range of backgrounds is welcome, the ideal candidate will bring leadership experience from a busy, high-energy setting. You should also have strong commercial and financial understanding, including the ability to spot opportunities to improve sales and P&L performance and work with your team to implement solutions.
We’re seeking someone with a consistent record of meeting and improving KPIs, excellent customer service skills, and strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
