About the Role
For its Consulting Office in Berlin, Deloitte is looking for a Resource Manager (m/w/d) to help ensure that client projects are staffed efficiently with the right consultants. In this role, you will support smooth delivery by coordinating staffing, monitoring utilization, and contributing to stronger workforce planning. The position is also available in Frankfurt am Main, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, and Munich.
Your Impact
- You will take ownership of a defined practice area or selected projects, including staffing needs across borders where required.
- You will assess project demands, match suitable available employees, and help build effective project teams.
- Together with your team, you will plan staffing assignments, evaluate them using staffing tools, and identify ways to improve processes.
- You will work closely every day with employees and leadership on planning and skill-related topics, and for globally staffed projects you will coordinate with international stakeholders.
Your Profile
- You hold a degree in a business-related or IT-related field and have professional experience, ideally in consulting; experience in workforce or resource planning is welcome.
- Knowledge of consulting or IT is an advantage, along with confident use of IT systems and MS Office; first exposure to project management or similar tasks is helpful.
- You understand service delivery and client needs well, and you are able to analyze staffing situations and respond with practical, solution-oriented thinking.
- You enjoy direct communication in both German and English, written and spoken, and you are reliable and flexible.
