About the Company

In Outback Queensland, Undara Experience gives guests an unforgettable stay set among ancient lava tubes, dramatic scenery and distinctive wildlife.
Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic, guest-focused Resort Attendant to help create a comfortable and memorable experience for visitors at this remote destination. This is a practical, hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, working with others and spending time outdoors.
Key Duties
- Deliver warm, professional service to guests
- Clean and prepare guest rooms and shared amenities
- Assist with food and beverage tasks when needed
- Help maintain the appearance of the grounds and resort areas
- Support visitors with questions and local advice
- Lend a hand to tour and operations teams during peak periods
About You
You enjoy working in a close team in a remote setting and take pride in providing great service with a positive approach.
What You Should Bring
- Experience in hospitality, housekeeping or tourism is preferred
- Clear and confident communication with strong customer service ability
- A self-motivated, practical and helpful mindset
- Availability for a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- Willingness to support different departments as needed
- Comfort working in a remote location within a tight-knit team

Additional Information
Applicants must agree to a Federal Police Clearance before any offer is made. This position can include substantial manual handling, such as lifting up to 20 kg, kneeling and squatting, and may also involve working with chemicals and operating machinery.
