Key deliverables
- Create, plan, and publish content that fits each client’s brand voice and audience preferences.
- Handle day-to-day posting and audience interaction across channels including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Track performance metrics and compile recurring reports to guide strategy updates.
- Work alongside internal stakeholders to ensure content supports larger marketing initiatives.
- Reply to comments, direct messages, and general inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Keep current with social media trends and platform best practices relevant to beauty and local business marketing.
Requirements
- Proven background in managing social media profiles for brands or businesses.
- Excellent writing ability and a strong creative mindset for content ideation.
- Comfort using social media scheduling and management tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.
- Exposure to analytics tools and the ability to turn data into practical recommendations.
