The Queensland team is growing, and the company is seeking personable, considerate, and practical people who enjoy introducing Brisbane to newcomers.
Role Overview
As a Relocation Consultant based in Brisbane, you will support executives and their families as they transition into the city. Working alongside a supportive head office team, you will provide local guidance, hands-on assistance, and practical information to help clients feel comfortable and settled in their new surroundings.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate rental options and education choices that align with each client’s needs.
- Help clients evaluate housing and schooling decisions with confidence.
- Join clients for property inspections, home-finding tours, and school visits.
- Lead informative tours that introduce clients to local neighbourhoods and community life.
- Offer steady support and practical advice to make the relocation process smoother.
Candidate Profile
The ideal person will bring strong communication skills, solid local knowledge, and the ability to work well with people from different backgrounds. This role suits someone who is organised, adaptable, independent, and comfortable supporting families through a major life change. A valid right to live and work in Australia is required.
Previous experience with overseas relocation or having lived abroad will be an advantage, though it is not essential.
Why Join ICC
- Contract engagement with flexible working hours designed to fit around your lifestyle.
- The chance to connect with people from many different countries and cultures.
- A collaborative, professional, and approachable team atmosphere.
- Work that is purposeful and rewarding because it helps people at an important time in their lives.
Additional Information
Applicants should have a dependable late-model four-door vehicle, be comfortable using common IT tools, and be able to work independently with a flexible and proactive approach. Strong empathy and resilience are important for supporting clients through change. The role also requires excellent time management, sound organisational ability, in-depth knowledge of Brisbane and nearby suburbs, and familiarity with the local rental market and leasing process.
