About the Role

The Relationship Manager for Tractor Loan is focused on sourcing and supporting customers looking for tractor finance, while maintaining strong service standards and a healthy loan portfolio. This position works closely with product, operations, and dealership partners to expand customer acquisition, strengthen relationships, and provide financial solutions suited to customer needs. The role also handles dealership business accounts and supports the branch banking channel in achieving its business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Source new tractor loan customers by evaluating creditworthiness and offering complete financing solutions from start to finish.
  • Stay connected with existing customers through consistent follow-ups, including sharing updates on interest rates and product options.
  • Onboard new dealers, DSAs (Direct Selling Agents), and DSTs (Direct Sales Teams) across the market.
  • Create fresh business leads for dealership partnerships through referrals, marketing efforts, and direct customer engagement.
  • Deliver policy training to internal teams so everyone remains aligned with product rules and processes.
  • Address customer concerns quickly and work toward consistently high customer satisfaction.
  • Track channel and team productivity to support quality sourcing and maintain portfolio health.

Education and Experience
