Job Overview

The company is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager or Senior Relationship Manager with hands-on exposure to secured lending and mortgage sales. This role is centered on business generation, customer acquisition, and managing loan relationships in the open market.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business through open market selling.
• Identify, source, and onboard customers for Micro LAP and other secured lending products.
• Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships.
• Meet monthly targets for sales and disbursements.
• Work closely with internal teams to support efficient loan processing and timely disbursal.

Skills and Experience Needed

• Solid experience in secured lending and mortgage-based sales.
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects in open market channels.
• Strong relationship-building and customer-handling skills.
• Capability to meet sales targets consistently.
• Understanding of loan origination and coordination with internal operations teams.
