Role overview
Enumerate is looking for a Relationship Manager to act as a dependable advisor and day-to-day partner for clients. In this position, you will handle client inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and make sure requests are resolved clearly, efficiently, and on time.
Working arrangement
This role is open to candidates based in the United States who can work in EST or CST hours. The position may be hybrid or remote. For remote employees, travel to Fort Lauderdale, Florida is required every other month.
What you will do
- Represent the client internally and guide requests through company workflows with the right stakeholders.
- Support associations by granting access to Enumerate Central and helping sort out issues as they come up.
- Work with clients to collect the information and documents needed by internal teams for bank account setup and reconciliation work.
- Handle difficult customer situations and escalations when extra support is needed.
- Respond to client questions promptly and accurately through phone or Zendesk tickets.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with teammates and leaders.
- Partner with cross-functional groups to resolve client needs effectively and on schedule.
- Monitor relationship-focused metrics such as customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Keep a strong understanding of customer expectations and remain committed to high-quality service.
What we are looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Solid customer service skills along with strong project coordination ability.
- Comfort managing daily priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving, changing environment.
- Experience with Asana or similar project management software is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, or community association management is beneficial.
Compensation
The total annual compensation for this role is between USD 55,000 and USD 65,000, including base pay and any eligible bonuses or commissions.
