About the Role

Petpooja is looking for a Relationship Manager to drive business growth for its retail POS offering, along with Payroll, Task, and Purchase applications, across non-F&B sectors such as retail, salons, and grocery stores in Chennai.

What You’ll Do

  • Sell Petpooja Retail POS (Invoice by Petpooja) and related apps to businesses outside the food and beverage segment.
  • Source new leads directly from the market, reach out to B2C businesses, and convert them into Petpooja customers.
  • Develop strong connections with business owners, understand their business needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Close contracts with new customers, respond to incoming inquiries, and support existing clients through promotional and marketing efforts.
  • Oversee sales operations, including administrative coordination, performance tracking, process improvements, and reporting updates to senior leadership.
  • Plan and execute activities to meet monthly sales and customer acquisition goals, including daily visit counts and demo targets.
  • Act as the initial field contact for clients and clearly explain Petpooja’s products and business value.
  • Represent the company professionally in the market and protect the brand’s reputation through integrity, strong service, and a customer-first approach.
