Role Overview

Limitless Power Trading FZE is hiring a Regional Sales Manager for a full-time hybrid position in the UAE, with some flexibility to work remotely on a partial basis. The role focuses on expanding the company’s market footprint, strengthening revenue performance, and building lasting business relationships across the region.

What You Will Do

• Design and implement sales plans that support growth and improve market reach.
• Identify and pursue both new and existing business opportunities.
• Develop strong client relationships and maintain long-term customer engagement.
• Lead contract discussions and support successful deal closure.
• Track sales activity, manage the pipeline, and monitor progress toward targets.
• Review market conditions and trends to uncover new areas for expansion.

Skills and Qualifications

• Prior background in B2B sales, market expansion, and client relationship management.
• Strong ability in negotiation and contract handling.
• Clear communication, confident presentations, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with analyzing market information and turning insights into practical actions.
• Experience or familiarity with power generation, engines, or industrial equipment is a significant plus.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and focused on results.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong command of English; additional languages are advantageous.
• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline is preferred.
