Role Overview
An established staffing and recruitment specialist is seeking experienced agency recruiters for confidential openings across Hampshire. The opportunities span multiple levels, including Recruitment Consultant, Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant, and Team Leader.
These positions are based in Portsmouth, Southampton, and Whiteley, with hybrid working available depending on the specific role and the candidate’s level of experience.
Compensation ranges from £30,000 to £55,000, plus an uncapped commission plan.

The position covers the full recruitment cycle, from generating business and winning clients through to placing candidates. Candidate Profile
To be considered, applicants should have at least three years of agency recruitment experience and a track record in 360 recruitment. The role also calls for proven business development capability, client acquisition skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment delivery.
Candidates whose background is limited to talent acquisition, internal recruitment, recruitment coordination, resourcing, or delivery-only work are not a match for these openings.
Pay and Benefits
- Recruitment Consultant salary: £30,000 to £35,000
- Senior Consultant salary: £35,000 to £45,000
- Principal Consultant / Team Leader salary: £45,000 to £55,000
