Role Overview
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a central role in matching skilled professionals with the right opportunities while building strong business relationships. The position is fast-moving and commercially driven, with a strong sales focus where your effort and persistence directly influence outcomes.
Business Development
- Reach out to prospective clients, develop new business relationships, and present recruitment solutions that fit their hiring requirements.
- Share market intelligence, including talent movement, pay benchmarks, and broader hiring trends.
Sales
- Use a consultative sales style to win business, negotiate commercial terms, and help grow revenue.
- Consistently deliver against revenue goals and KPIs in a competitive environment.
Candidate Management
- Find and attract strong candidates through job boards, advertisements, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Maintain a healthy talent pool so roles can be filled quickly when needed.
- Support candidates throughout the hiring journey with clear, timely communication.
