A boutique Boston-based investment firm is looking for a Real Estate Analyst to support a growing team. The organization operates across alternative investments, with emphasis on private equity, real estate, hedge funds, and venture capital, and primarily serves family offices and high-net-worth investors.

What you will do

This position offers hands-on exposure across the full investment process, working alongside senior professionals from deal sourcing through portfolio oversight. You will help evaluate potential investments, support transaction execution, and contribute to the ongoing management of the existing portfolio.

• Assist with sourcing and evaluating new real estate opportunities.
• Build support for underwriting and transaction execution.
• Prepare detailed financial analyses and market research to guide investment decisions.
• Monitor current holdings and support portfolio management activities.
• Work across a variety of property types and investment strategies.

What the firm is looking for

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical ability, solid financial modeling experience, and a practical understanding of real estate markets. A genuine interest in alternative investments is important, and prior exposure to real estate investment, development, or a related discipline would be a meaningful advantage.

Location requirement
