Role Summary

In this position, you will oversee product and process quality checks to confirm that the quality system is being applied correctly, identify opportunities to improve performance, and support quality planning and training so the department and plant can meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply the company’s quality policies and help put standards and procedures into practice so operations remain aligned with established quality requirements.

• Handle customer quality concerns, support investigation of the root cause, and contribute to corrective actions that improve product quality and reduce mistakes.

• Take part in audits and follow through on corrective measures so certification remains in place and business practices stay compliant.

• Define raw-material quality requirements for suppliers and review samples to ensure they meet internal quality procedures.

• Ensure production activities comply with both company standards and applicable national requirements.

• Create, develop, and roll out quality-control training programs for the QC team to strengthen capability and ongoing development.

• Keep quality and calibration documentation current and properly filed according to the quality manual and customer-specific requirements.

• Follow all SHE rules and procedures during working hours to protect personal safety and the safety of others.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in food safety, chemistry, or biochemistry.

• At least 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience, ideally in the FMCG sector.

• Working knowledge of quality management standards.
