Role overview
Morgan Stanley at Work is hiring a Quality Assurance Associate in its Service Delivery organization in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The position is focused on strengthening and refining the quality assurance program, with an emphasis on communication, strategic thinking, and ongoing improvement. Candidates should be comfortable working in Morgan Stanley’s environment and eager to keep building expertise in equity compensation.
What you will do
- Oversee the QA process that evaluates how effectively cases are resolved within the Client Success Management team, including monthly checks of Salesforce cases and, when required, reviews of JIRA and SW/EEO databases.
- Share QA program insights with Operational Excellence leadership so performance can be improved over time.
- Support QA training and calibration sessions for teams whenever needed.
- Maintain and improve Salesforce reporting that managers can use in one-on-one meetings to drive scalable enhancements.
- Work with internal teams on Salesforce dashboards and widgets.
- Take part in and help run meetings with business partners to resolve issues.
What the company is looking for
- An undergraduate degree, or equivalent practical experience, in Business, Commerce, or a related discipline; an MBA is a plus but not mandatory.
- At least 1 year of experience in Client Services or a similar role involving Equity Compensation.
- Good knowledge of Morgan Stanley’s working style and communication channels.
- Strong written and spoken English, including the ability to deliver clear presentations.
- Solid problem-solving ability, sound judgment, and comfort making decisions in uncertain situations and under pressure.
- Project management exposure is helpful, though formal project management training is not required.
- Comfort with standard workplace technology, including email, internet tools, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with frequent learning and training opportunities.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% across the United States and Canada.
