Role overview

This is a full-time Quality Assurance Analyst position offering a hybrid working arrangement from Sydney, New South Wales. The role is centred on maintaining the quality of software solutions through structured testing, defect identification, and clear reporting.

What you will do

• Carry out quality assurance checks across software deliverables.
• Perform manual testing to validate functionality and overall product quality.
• Design and document test cases to support effective coverage.
• Track, raise, and communicate defects found during testing.
• Work with the team to support quality control throughout the development process.

What is expected

• Strong analytical thinking and a sharp eye for detail.
• Hands-on experience with quality assurance and quality control practices.
• Ability to conduct manual testing and build practical test cases.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and common testing approaches.

Additional useful experience

• Prior exposure to Sitecore.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools.
• Working knowledge of Agile delivery methods.
• Awareness of web technologies and databases.
• Clear communication and strong collaboration skills.
• QA or testing certifications.
