- Support the broader reporting cycle and help keep project documentation accurate and well managed.
- Ensure files are stored and handled effectively using shared digital systems.
- Contribute to delivery deadlines in a fast-paced, growing organisation.
- Travel occasionally to project locations across regional Australia when required, around 2 to 4 times each year.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong administrative and coordination ability with excellent attention to detail.
- Clear written communication skills and the ability to produce concise, audit-ready documentation.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools such as Word, Docs, Excel, Sheets, and shared file systems.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines.
- Professional follow-up skills when working with internal stakeholders and external landholders.
- Self-directed approach and ease working within a distributed remote team.
- Interest in carbon farming, regenerative agriculture, pastoralism, natural capital, or environmental land management.
- Exposure to audit, compliance, or regulatory reporting settings is an advantage.
- Familiarity with carbon project frameworks or methodologies such as HIR, BCHM, SFM, and IFLM is beneficial.
- A relevant tertiary qualification is preferred, though comparable practical experience may be accepted.
