Larsen & Toubro is seeking a Project Manager for operations and maintenance work in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.   • Support monsoon preparedness and precautionary site activities.

  • Roll out and follow site-level SOPs related to work execution.
  • Manage subcontractors, vendor contracts, supply agreements, purchase orders, and amendments.
  • Track performance against KPIs and take action to keep targets on course.
  • Coordinate closely with the client, headquarters, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide responsive service.
  • Use negotiation and communication skills to support smooth project and site operations.
  • Promote continual improvement across systems, teams, and processes.
