Role Overview
The Project Manager will oversee the planning and delivery of HSIA, voice, and video deployments for hospitality clients. This position carries full responsibility for ensuring projects move smoothly from start to finish, with a strong focus on meeting agreed budgets and client deadlines.
Core Responsibilities
- Build, update, and run project plans and dashboards across the full project lifecycle so that all milestones are completed within the agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
- Prepare detailed, realistic schedules, monitor them closely, and review progress on a regular basis.
- Share project goals, expectations, deliverables, timelines, and status updates with team members and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner, using the required reporting format.
- Work closely with other Project Managers, the Installation and Contract Manager, installation teams, and the Director of Field Services.
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and subcontractors as needed to carry out the project plan.
- Follow and apply change request processes appropriately.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure a smooth transition of completed projects to the Support team.
- Handle several projects at once without losing control of priorities or deadlines.
Qualifications and Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in IT project management or a closely related role, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Experience in a comparable industry or project environment will be considered an advantage.
- Post-secondary education in a business or technical discipline, along with at least 3 years of project management experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project tools such as Project or Smartsheet.
- Technical background or technical aptitude will be a strong asset.
- Spanish and French language abilities are beneficial.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects involving cross-functional teams, stakeholders, third-party contractors, vendors, and external system integrations.
- Capacity to create practical, tailored solutions for complex or unusual projects.

Additional Information
This role is based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and is a full-time onsite position. The work centers on managing hospitality-market deployments end to end, with responsibility for project execution, client coordination, internal handoffs, and on-time delivery.
