Role overview
The Project Management Director is a senior, full-time remote position focused on guiding complex programs and projects that advance LIFEGIVERS INTERNATIONALCORPORATION’s mission and strategic goals. The role is responsible for bringing structure, leadership, and visibility to cross-functional work so that initiatives stay aligned with organizational priorities.
Key responsibilities
This leader will shape project scope, set timelines and deliverables, coordinate resources, and monitor execution from start to finish. The position also includes regular progress tracking, status reporting, and escalation of risks and issues to senior leadership when needed.
In addition, the director will manage project budgets and resource allocation, drive process improvements, and define consistent standards and best practices for project and program management. The role further calls for mentoring team members, supporting communication across stakeholders, and making sure deliverables are completed on schedule, within budget, and at the expected quality level.
Qualifications
- Proven capability in project and program management, including planning, execution, and delivery of multi-stage initiatives.
- Strong command of budgeting and financial control for projects and programs, including cost tracking, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Ability to lead teams effectively, assign responsibilities clearly, and encourage professional growth.
- Hands-on experience in improving processes, streamlining workflows, and setting project management standards.
- Project management certification such as PMP, PgPg, or an equivalent credential, along with experience using project management software and tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is considered a plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and conflict-handling skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setup.
- Prior exposure to mission-driven or faith-based organizations is an added advantage, along with a leadership style grounded in ethics and inclusion.
