Role Overview

Paramount Media Labs is hiring a Project Coordinator to support the Project Management function within the Creative and Production team. The role will coordinate workflow across post-production, motion graphics, and creative design work tied to Paramount Advertising. This person will act as a central connector between Creative, Production, Activation, Pitch, and other partner teams, helping keep projects organized, moving, and delivered on schedule.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the day-to-day flow of work for the project management team.
  • Track availability of VP, Director, Post Supervisors, and Art Directors to help form and assign project teams.
  • Organize incoming requests in partnership with teams across Paramount Brand Studio and Sales.
  • Maintain accurate project records in Airtable once assignments are made.
  • Help coordinate the advertising creative process so deliverables are completed on time.
  • Collect and arrange assets and supporting materials needed for projects from pitch, activation, marketing strategy, and sales teams.
  • Serve as a liaison with multiple groups across the sales organization for ongoing requests.
  • Support the creation of weekly billboards and other post-related creative work as needed.
  • Archive final deliverables for completed branded content and design assignments.
  • Assist the post-production team with pre-production books, rough-cut postings, and final delivery requirements.
