Role Overview
The Project Administrator role is a part-time, hybrid position in the Greater Milwaukee area, combining on-site work with work-from-home flexibility. The selected candidate will assist consulting teams by keeping projects organized, tracking timelines, preparing agendas and meeting notes, and making sure key deliverables stay on track.
Day-to-day work includes collecting and organizing client information, maintaining project files and documentation, and supporting presentations, reports, and financial models under the supervision of senior staff. The role also involves meeting coordination, shared folder management, and helping improve internal workflows, templates, and administrative processes.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and action items across multiple consulting engagements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, document discussions, and circulate clear meeting minutes.
- Track deliverables and follow up to help ensure deadlines are met.
- Collect, organize, and update client data and project documentation.
- Support the creation of presentations, reports, and financial models as directed.
- Schedule meetings and manage shared project folders and related files.
- Assist in refining internal templates, workflows, and administrative procedures.
Requirements
- Strong organization, time management, and follow-through skills to manage several priorities and deadlines.
- Comfort using common productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and collaboration or shared-drive platforms.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for emails, notes, and client-facing materials.
- Careful attention to detail and accuracy when working with data, documents, and schedules.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a hybrid team.
- Interest in healthcare, finance, or management consulting; relevant coursework or prior exposure is beneficial.
