Professional Cleaner

Role Overview

A growing property management company is hiring a Professional Cleaner for a high-rise apartment community in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is suited to someone who enjoys hands-on work and is comfortable keeping residential spaces clean, organized, and well presented. Experience from hospitality, retail, restaurant, or similar service environments can transfer well to this position.

Key Duties

• Carry out routine cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout assigned areas.
• Polish furniture and keep surfaces looking presentable.
• Vacuum carpets and other floor coverings as needed.
• Wash floors and maintain overall cleanliness of common spaces.
• Remove trash and dispose of it properly.
• Dust surfaces and fixtures regularly.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
• Replenish items when stock runs low.
• Inform the relevant team about any issues noticed in the assigned area.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in house or apartment cleaning is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Must be able to follow instructions and complete work without constant supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and good time management are important.
• Clear and effective communication skills are needed.
• Reliability, punctuality, and self-drive are essential.
• A solid work ethic and a willingness to take pride in the quality of the job are expected.
• Good customer service skills, teamwork, and problem-solving ability are valued.

Compensation and Benefits
