Key Requirements

• Practical experience working with all main woodworking machines.
• Solid understanding of modular furniture, upholstered furniture, and solid wood furniture.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, CAD outputs, and production plans.
• Capability to translate design concepts into well-finished, high-quality products.
• Experience leading production teams, coordinating workflows, and maintaining quality standards.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the confidence to guide a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operate and supervise the tools and machinery used in furniture manufacturing.
• Work on production lines, follow process flows, and help meet output goals.
• Manage the end-to-end furniture production cycle.
• Carry out basic quality checks, visual inspections, and ensure products meet defined standards.
• Maintain quality consistency throughout the manufacturing process.
• Plan production timelines and support timely order completion.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and fellow team members.
• Work closely with the design and development departments.
• Stay open to learning new methods, following instructions, and taking part in practical training.
• Keep a strong eye on detail, dependability, and safety as well as shop-floor cleanliness.
• Previous exposure to manufacturing, woodworking, or furniture production will be an added advantage.
• Be able to stand for long durations, complete manual tasks, and work in shifts if needed.
