About the Role

The Product team is responsible for shaping the experiences that power Revolut. It works closely with Design, Engineering, and Data to turn complex challenges into scalable products that customers value.

This role is suited to a Product Owner who can take full ownership of a roadmap, oversee daily execution, manage delivery risks, and guide a product from concept through launch and continued improvement. You will act as the main point of contact for your feature and collaborate with senior stakeholders throughout the process.

Hiring Sprint Process

Revolut is running a condensed hiring process designed to move quickly. Once your application is submitted, a recruiter will explain the process in detail. The selection journey begins with a Problem Solving interview. Candidates who progress will then attend a one-day Hiring Sprint on 26 June, which includes Skills, Bar Raiser, and Team Fit interviews. Those who are successful can receive an offer within 24 hours.

The sequence of interviews may vary depending on location and scheduling.

Track Options

• Product Owner (Technical): suited to candidates who work deeply with platforms, distributed systems, data, or machine learning, and who collaborate closely with Engineering on architecture and delivery.
• Product Owner (UX): suited to candidates who own consumer-facing mobile experiences end to end and care deeply about UX and design quality.

What You Will Do

• Define your team’s objectives, success measures, and roadmap so they align with the wider company direction.
• Use data, market insights, and customer feedback to prioritise work that creates measurable impact.
• Own the product lifecycle from idea generation through development, launch, growth, and ongoing maintenance.
• Work with Engineering on technical direction, detailed requirements, and successful delivery.
• Collaborate with Design and UX to shape the customer journey and release experiences people enjoy using.
• Coordinate with teams across Marketing, Legal, Financial Crime, and Strategy.

What You Need

• At least 2 years of experience in a fast-growing technology company or in a banking/finance domain such as acquiring, payments, investments, cryptocurrency, or insurance.
• At least 1 year of people management experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and commercial judgement, with the ability to prioritise work based on ROI.
• Experience developing product vision and presenting it confidently to leadership, customers, and partners.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Proven experience launching products from the ground up.
• A proactive mindset, comfort with uncertainty, and an entrepreneurial drive to keep improving.

Additional Requirements for the Technical Track

• At least 2 years working on technical products such as platforms, distributed systems, or data science products.
• The technical depth to participate confidently in detailed discussions with engineers.

Additional Requirements for the UX Track

• At least 2 years leading consumer-facing mobile products.
• Strong UX/UI judgement and a solid understanding of design best practices.

Nice to Have

• A bachelor’s degree from a top university.
