Role Summary
The Product Manager will be a practical, strategic owner of Ticketure’s product development process from concept through delivery. The role carries responsibility for the product backlog, deciding what gets built and the reasoning behind it, while collaborating closely with engineering, UX, sales, and client success teams in the US, UK, and New Zealand. The position reports to the Director of Product and sits at the center of customer needs, technical execution, and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the Ticketure backlog and work with client success, sales, and the wider team to keep it populated with clearly defined, well-prioritized work that is ready for development.
- Collect and interpret feedback, customer input, stakeholder requests, and enterprise business needs to define product requirements, features, and solutions.
- Spot opportunities to improve product capability while balancing customer value, business impact, and implementation effort.
- Work with the UX team to shape and review requirements and maintain a user-focused approach to solution design.
- Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, then partner with engineering through development to reduce scope changes and support strong delivery outcomes.
- Set success measures for product work, assess results, and refine solutions when they do not meet expectations.
- Act as a go-to contact for product questions, create internal documentation, and review client-facing documentation for new and updated features.
- Keep the product roadmap moving by tracking progress, managing priorities and dependencies, and updating plans to support timely, high-quality releases.
- Monitor market trends, new technologies, and changing customer requirements to find opportunities for innovation and differentiation, including responsible use of AI tools.

Qualifications
Applicants should bring at least five years of experience in product management or a closely related role, along with exposure to SaaS and B2B2C product development. The ideal candidate has used product and data analytics to guide decisions and improve designs, and is comfortable working with product analytics tools such as Pendo or similar platforms. A working knowledge of Agile methods and product lifecycle management is also required.

- Base salary range of USD 115,000 to 125,000 per year, depending on experience.

Work Arrangement
This is a fully remote role.
Work Environment and Physical Expectations
- Regular communication and information sharing with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Extended periods of computer-based work using software applications and standard office equipment.
- Long stretches in a stationary position with occasional movement around the work area.
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for computer and equipment operation, plus regular viewing and interpretation of on-screen information.
- Occasional handling, lifting, or moving of items up to 15 pounds.
