Role Overview

This is a practical, execution-oriented Product Manager position focused on delivering products day to day and acting as the link between Support, Engineering, QA, and other stakeholders. The role suits someone who enjoys handling operational complexity, balancing priorities, and keeping initiatives moving smoothly from request intake through release.

The opportunity is especially relevant for a Product Manager who works well in a lean, fast-paced environment where processes are still maturing. You will help strengthen product operations, refine workflows, and support the company’s growth as its product and technology capabilities expand.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing product enhancements, incoming tickets, and feature requests throughout the full delivery cycle. The role also includes triaging support escalations, setting priorities based on urgency, customer needs, and business impact, and coordinating release-related activities across multiple teams.

Working closely with Engineering and QA, you will help ensure product releases are reliable and of high quality. You will prepare clear requirements, define acceptance criteria, and create developer handoffs that are easy to follow. A major part of the job is removing obstacles, keeping work progressing, and communicating timelines, priorities, and status updates to stakeholders.

In addition, you will contribute to building and improving product workflows, operational standards, and best practices, while also supporting initiatives tied to the company’s long-term growth strategy.

Team and Collaboration

You will report to the Director of Product Management and work alongside Product Leadership, a development team of up to 5 software engineers, 1–2 QA professionals, and cross-functional stakeholders from Support, Product, and Leadership.

Your role will be central in connecting these groups and making sure execution remains aligned with business priorities.

Required Experience and Qualifications

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of Product Management experience with direct ownership of delivery and execution. You should also have experience handling ticket triage, escalation flows, or other operational product processes.

Strong collaboration skills with technical teams are essential, along with the ability to understand system behavior, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively with engineers. Excellent documentation and written communication skills are also important.

You should be highly organized, able to prioritize effectively, solve problems independently, and work comfortably in a fast-moving environment that continues to evolve.
