About Fresha
Fresha operates an AI-driven platform for the beauty, wellness, and self-care sector, supporting businesses such as salons, barbers, spas, medspas, fitness studios, and health practices. The company serves a large global customer base, with more than 140,000 businesses and 450,000+ professionals using its platform, and has handled over 1 billion appointments so far. Headquartered in London, Fresha also operates 15 offices across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
The platform helps consumers find, reserve, and pay for appointments through a marketplace, while merchants use an integrated system to manage operations through software and financial technology tools. Its ecosystem supports bookings, point-of-sale, customer records, marketing automation, loyalty, inventory, and team coordination. The marketplace also helps partner businesses grow through online booking and automated marketing, including integrations with major platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
Role overview
Fresha is seeking a Product Manager to join its growing global team. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will partner with engineers, designers, data analysts, and marketers to turn ideas into product outcomes. The role involves defining product direction, carrying out research, and delivering strong user experiences for both customers and business partners.
The product organisation is divided into three main tribes: Money, Growth, and Performance. Your placement within a tribe will depend on your background, business priorities, and the areas where you can create the most value. You will contribute to initiatives that support growth, improve experiences, and strengthen daily operations across the platform.
This opportunity suits someone who enjoys working independently, adapts well in a fast-moving environment, and wants to make a real impact.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a product strategy and roadmap that support business objectives and customer needs.
- Spot and rank product opportunities linked to acquisition, engagement, retention, and operational efficiency.
- Carry out market and competitor research to guide product choices.
- Lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through release and iteration.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to shape and ship solutions.
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog using data-informed judgment.
- Improve user journeys and overall product experience to increase engagement and satisfaction.
- Use insights and performance data to uncover opportunities and optimise important metrics.
- Align with stakeholders across the business to ensure product work supports company goals.
- Explain product direction, progress, and results clearly to stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of product management experience, preferably in a consumer or digital product setting.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver software products and features from start to finish.
- Comfort operating in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
- Strong customer orientation and a clear focus on building useful, intuitive experiences.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams and seniority levels.
- Strong analytical ability and confidence in turning data into action.
- Creative problem-solving skills combined with a practical approach to delivery.
- Collaborative attitude and willingness to be hands-on when required.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and ownership-driven work style.
Perks and benefits
- Join a well-funded scale-up with significant room for professional and personal growth.
- Receive compensation that reflects your experience and contribution.
- Benefit from a fast-track path for high performers and strong career development opportunities.
- Work alongside highly skilled engineering talent across London, Warsaw, and other locations.
- Contribute to a global platform that is reshaping a rapidly expanding industry.
- Be part of a collaborative, energetic culture that encourages teamwork, creativity, and open communication.
- Take part in social events that help build connections within the team.
- Work with motivated colleagues who are experts in their fields.
Interview process
The hiring process includes three stages: a 30-minute screening call with a member of the Talent Team, a 45-minute first-stage video interview with the Hiring Manager, and a 60-minute final in-person presentation with the Hiring Team. The company aims to complete interviews and share feedback within two weeks.
Applications are reviewed manually by the Talent Team. Although the goal is to assess applications within 7 days, a high volume of interest may sometimes extend that timeframe.
Inclusive workforce
Fresha says it aims to create a workplace where people from all backgrounds feel comfortable, included, and empowered to contribute fully. Every applicant is promised fair consideration for employment. The company states that it does not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, marital status, gender identity, national origin, disability, or other legally protected characteristics relevant to the location of the role. Candidates who need accessibility support during the interview process or after joining are encouraged to let the company know.
Artificial intelligence in hiring
The company may use AI tools to support parts of the hiring process, including reviewing applications, analysing resumes, and checking responses for possible inconsistencies or verification signals. These tools assist the recruitment team but do not replace human judgment, and final hiring decisions are made by people. Candidates seeking more information about data processing can contact the company directly.
