You will work with a globally distributed product development team and partner across the business to take products from early concept through launch. The goal is to deliver customer-centered offerings that reduce risk for clients, improve efficiency, and shorten time-to-hire.

Responsibilities

  • Set the product direction, strategy, and roadmap using market, customer, regulatory, and business priorities.

  • Manage the full product lifecycle from idea generation through development, release, and go-to-market execution.
  • Write epic- and feature-level requirements, along with user stories, for agile delivery teams.
  • Spot new market opportunities, prepare business cases, and present them to senior leaders for support, funding, prioritization, and staffing.
  • Use data to guide decisions and apply a strong understanding of business drivers and KPIs to improve product-market fit.
  • Create ongoing feedback channels with customers, users, and partners to identify pain points and uncover new product opportunities.
  • Work with go-to-market and marketing teams on positioning, packaging, and pricing.
  • Partner with engineering teams to prioritize features and define executable requirements.
  • Communicate clearly and build alignment among agile teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Represent the company at marketing events, conferences, and webinars as a product advocate and thought leader.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience building and launching successful B2B SaaS products.
  • Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and requirements.
  • Experience working with customers to explain strategy and vision, understand pain points, and gather requirements.
  • Experience leading and collaborating with large, distributed, cross-functional teams.
  • Background in product delivery from ideation through launch and go-to-market activities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong empathy for users and clients.
  • Strong ability to balance strategic, tactical, and operational responsibilities.
  • Experience with analytics, reporting, and data visualization.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Passion for strong user experience and product design that improves engagement and satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of product management disciplines such as GTM strategy, market research, competitive analysis, pricing, merchandising, customer engagement, monetization, UX, prototyping, usability testing, roadmap planning, agile methods, KPI analysis, business case development, build/buy/partner evaluation, financial modeling, forecasting, A/B testing, and optimization.
  • Ability to build effective partnerships across Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Customer Service, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.

Perks

  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage.
  • Flexible working arrangements.
  • Attractive commission opportunities.
  • Collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
