About the Role

The Product team creates the customer experiences that power Revolut by solving complex problems with scalable, easy-to-use solutions. It works closely with Design, Engineering, and Data to build products that customers rely on every day.

This role is for a Platform Product Designer who will shape internal systems and tools that help the company operate efficiently at scale. The work will involve improving fragmented processes and turning them into structured, scalable solutions across areas such as AI tooling, customer support platforms, financial infrastructure, and internal back-office systems.

What You'll Be Doing

• Creating sophisticated internal platforms and tools for global operations, support, compliance, and AI-driven workflows.
• Designing large-scale product structures, including full user journeys, states, interactions, and edge cases within multi-step systems.
• Developing reusable UI and UX patterns that balance usability, delivery speed, and technical limitations in internal products.
• Translating unclear, broken, or highly technical requirements into practical product logic and usable interfaces.
• Working closely with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Operations Managers to align the underlying product experience.
• Spotting inefficiencies in internal processes and redesigning them to improve scale and performance.

What You'll Need

• At least 3 years of experience designing high-quality products in-house, preferably internal tools or platform products.
• A portfolio showing complex product design or systems design work.
• Strong design capability for web-based platforms.
• The ability to think strategically about product direction and clearly explain design choices.
• Understanding of how design decisions affect technical implementation, including backend-led workflows.
• Confidence in owning the end-to-end design process.
• Strong user experience instincts, with an understanding of how operational users work.
• Comfort working on data-heavy interfaces, including dense tables, complex states, and detailed workflows.
• Knowledge of typography and grid systems.

Nice to Have

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related technical subject.
• Ability to code simple prototypes.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems across platforms.
• Background in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Familiarity with Android and iOS.
