Role overview

Studio B is hiring a full-time Producer for its London team. The studio is a fast-scaling creative business with a worldwide following of more than 25 million people, producing standout digital work for major brands through a mix of social-first storytelling, production expertise, and VFX.

This role suits someone who is comfortable working with brands, agencies, and internal creative teams, and who can guide a brief from the first response through to the completed delivery. You will be expected to manage client expectations, keep the project scope under control, and coordinate creative, production, post-production, and VFX contributors to deliver work of a high standard.

The position is ideal for a producer who enjoys social-led content, understands brand guidelines and approval processes, and can keep creative ambition aligned with commercial realities.

What you will do

  • Take ownership of projects from the first brief through to final handover.
  • Convert client briefs into practical creative responses, including treatments, mood boards, production plans, shot lists, schedules, budgets, scripts, thumbnails, posting packs, and final assets.
  • Serve as a main contact for brand and agency stakeholders, leading status calls, tracking decisions, managing feedback loops, setting timelines, and maintaining strong working relationships.
  • Control budgets, scope, and change management by maintaining cost trackers, schedules, statements of work, and change notes, while identifying risks early and keeping projects commercially sound.
  • Adapt brand requirements into social-first creative that aligns with audience behaviour, campaign goals, platform rules, and client priorities.
  • Work alongside creative, VFX, production, and post-production teams to make sure concepts are feasible, well-planned, and delivered to spec.
  • Organise production operations such as schedules, call sheets, risk assessments, crew bookings, freelancer onboarding, supplier briefs, shoot logistics, post timelines, QC, delivery specifications, and asset handover.
  • Oversee brand and legal compliance, including usage rights, music licensing, talent approvals, platform policies, and client deliverables.
  • Tailor content for multiple social formats such as 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9, including hooks, captions, thumbnails, calls to action, pacing, length, and posting requirements.
  • Brief, coordinate, negotiate with, and quality-check freelancers, vendors, crew, studios, locations, and specialist suppliers as needed.
  • Review content performance signals such as watch time, retention, click-through rate, comments, and engagement, and apply those learnings to future work.

What we are looking for

  • 3 to 6+ years of producer experience in branded content, social production, digital campaigns, agency work, creator studios, production companies, or in-house marketing teams.
  • Confidence handling direct client communication and brand-side stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong capability in budgeting, scheduling, production planning, and general project management.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital content formats.
  • Experience managing feedback rounds, approvals, scope, delivery requirements, and production workflows.
  • Ability to contribute to creative development, treatments, decks, and pitch materials with sound judgement.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a calm approach under pressure.
  • Comfort using AI tools responsibly to support research, planning, administration, creative development, and workflow efficiency.
  • Awareness of how production decisions affect post-production and VFX, including plate capture, tracking, compositing, renders, colour, turnovers, QC, and final delivery.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, After Effects, Premiere, DaVinci, Blender, Houdini, Nuke, or Unreal is an advantage.
