- Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate product performance and support ongoing improvement.
- Present data-backed recommendations, business cases, and strategic insights to executive stakeholders.
- Partner with go-to-market teams on launches, positioning, and adoption efforts.
- Promote customer-focused product development across the full product lifecycle.
- Coach and support Product Managers while helping mature the broader product organization.
- Act as a product expert internally and externally through strategic discussions and customer interactions.

- Proven ability to influence senior and executive leaders without formal authority.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with experience using data and customer feedback to guide decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical and business topics clearly.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering, architecture, and cross-functional teams in complex product environments.
- Exposure to IT management, cybersecurity, MSP platforms, or enterprise SaaS is considered a strong advantage.
- Experience with product analytics, KPI frameworks, and structured experimentation to support decision-making.
- Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and execution levels in a fast-moving environment.
