Role Summary

The Porter position is an on-site role responsible for keeping the property clean, organized, and visually appealing. The position involves daily groundskeeping, trash removal, cleaning tasks, and support for property presentation under the direction of the supervisor.

Key Duties

  • Complete daily checklists and follow assigned upkeep routines.
  • Keep the exterior areas clean and support the property’s curb appeal.
  • Maintain landscaping between visits from outside vendors.
  • Clean and sweep swimming pool areas as needed.
  • Place and arrange property furniture as instructed.
  • Perform daily mopping and vacuuming in required spaces.
  • Help keep amenity spaces clean and ready for use throughout the day.

  • Remove trash from the facility and prepare waste for collection.

Work Requirements

  • Be able to work the full on-site shift according to the required schedule.
  • Be available for extra hours when needed, including evenings, weekends, and overtime.
  • Support move-outs, unit turns, and move-ins, even when those tasks extend beyond normal full-time hours.
  • Be able to regularly lift and move objects up to 50 pounds, with frequent bending, stooping, and lifting during the workday.
