Planning & Scheduling Professional

Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Planning & Scheduling Professional to support a project controls team delivering major capital work across construction, infrastructure, energy, and industrial sectors. This position focuses on building and managing project schedules, tracking execution, spotting schedule risks, and turning timeline data into clear guidance for project stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed project schedules for large capital projects.
• Track progress against plans and update schedules regularly.
• Review timelines to identify slippage, risks, and potential delays.
• Perform delay analysis and provide schedule-based insights to support decisions.
• Work closely with project stakeholders to communicate schedule status and issues.

Key Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling on large-scale projects.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Strong command of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling concepts.
• Background in schedule creation, progress reporting, and delay analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
