Role Overview

This position is focused on project planning and billing support for Larsen & Toubro in the Greater Chennai area. The role involves building and managing integrated schedules, standardizing planning methods, and contributing to schedule-related decision-making across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain integrated project schedules at Levels 1 through 4 in close coordination with project and functional teams.
• Manage the rollout and day-to-day use of planning platforms such as Primavera, MS Project, and BIM-based tools, while driving consistency in planning practices across projects.
• Assist with identifying timeline-related risks and carry out delay impact studies for internal assessments and contractual reviews.
• Provide planning input for business proposals, tender assessments, and longer-term strategic planning for the IC.
• Support the development of planning engineers across the IC through coaching, training, and capability-building efforts.
• Encourage a strong planning mindset, discipline, and adherence to process standards within the organization.
