Role overview
The Picking Staff role supports warehouse and production logistics activities at the Lippstadt facility, ensuring materials, equipment, and parts are available where they are needed.
Key duties
- Supply materials for manufacturing orders.
- Pick goods according to transport orders.
- Prepare equipment and spare parts for the shipping department and external service providers.
- Carry out stock counts and inventory checks.
- Load and unload goods, using a forklift and/or pallet truck when required.
- Provide materials to production through a continuous circulation system (milk run).
- Improve daily work processes and keep work areas tidy and clean.
- Support CORE projects as needed.
