Role Overview
The role involves providing dependable driving support for a director, their family, and visiting guests. The primary focus is school and tuition transportation for children, while also handling day-to-day travel and delivery tasks around Singapore.
Key Duties
- Drive the director, family members, and guests when required, including school and tuition drop-offs.
- Focus mainly on transporting children to and from school or tuition.
- Complete errands and move documents, parcels, and other items within Singapore.
- Keep the assigned vehicles clean and ensure they are properly maintained.
- Follow all traffic rules and maintain an accident-free driving history.
- Assist passengers when getting in and out of the vehicle, and help with loading and unloading as needed.
- Protect the confidentiality of all personal and business-related information at all times.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid Class 3 or Class 3A driving licence.
- Driving record must be clean.
- Good understanding of road safety rules is required.
- Should know local Singapore routes and road networks well.
- Must be comfortable using maps and GPS tools.
- Needs strong communication skills.
- Must be punctual and dependable.
Working Schedule
The position is based at Steven. Working hours are 6 days a week, from 6:45 am to 6:45 pm. The workday may end earlier if the children’s arrangements finish sooner.
